Judit Sohr
Judit brings more than 30 years of experience, compassion, and a deep commitment to serving at-risk and vulnerable youth to her role as Executive Director of Grace Place School. Her career began working with youth in a Florida Department of Juvenile Justice commitment facility and has continued through decades of serving young people facing difficult circumstances, including girls at risk of human trafficking and teens in need of hope, guidance, opportunity, and the love of Jesus. At Grace Place School, she is especially passionate about helping youth reduce their vulnerability to trafficking by keeping them engaged in education and connecting them with meaningful employment and future opportunities.
A South Florida local, Judit was raised in the area and continues to call South Florida home with her husband. Together, they have remained actively involved in their community, including providing encouragement, counseling, and support to incarcerated individuals and their families.
Judit considers it both an honor and a blessing to lead Grace Place School and its incredible students and staff. Her work continues to be guided by a calling she has carried throughout her career: to stand beside young people who need someone to believe in them, help them recognize their God-given potential, and encourage them toward a brighter future.
